Full Time Phenom 100/300 Instructor Pilot (Retention Bonus)

Location: Dallas, United States; must be authorized to live and work in the United States.

What you will do

• Deliver flight simulator and ground-school instruction for assigned aircraft types, supporting type ratings, certificates, internal training, and pilot qualifications.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight simulator briefings and lead clients through their training programs as a subject matter expert.
• Complete training records, recommend remedial training, and track instructional qualifications and activity.
• Support the development of curricula and courseware as a subject matter expert when required.
• After approximately 1.5 or more years, subject to business needs, qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman.
• Maintain professional, welcoming learning environments and accurate documentation aligned with company and FAA requirements while meeting the physical demands of the role.

Requirements

• Must hold, or meet the qualifications to receive, an unrestricted ATP certificate and at least one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Must have experience flying single-pilot Part 135 or business aircraft.
• Strong passion for teaching and effective communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• Must participate in the DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• Must be authorized to live and work in the United States.
• Ability to meet all physical requirements, including climbing ladders, stairs, ramps, or scaffolding; occasional confined-space work and movement; prolonged standing or sitting; and lifting or adjusting objects up to 20 pounds.
