What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain simple, clear, well-structured, and well-tested code.
• Break down and solve complex problems requiring research or collaboration.
• Use multiple levels of automated testing, including unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing.
• Initiate design and feature discussions focused on software performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Coordinate software application integration with other teams and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and address customer needs and issues with empathy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in a typed, object-oriented programming language.
• Deep knowledge of software methodologies, tools, and common architectural patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively, deliver results on time, and continuously learn and improve.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
