Vice President, Decision Intelligence (AI)

What you will do

• Establish, scale, and lead hirify.global's LATAM Decision Intelligence capability supporting the US practice and global clients.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams while providing technical and professional guidance.
• Advise C-suite executives, private equity investors, deal teams, and corporate leaders on analytics-driven solutions.
• Lead complex analytics, AI, and decision intelligence engagements across the transaction lifecycle, managing end-to-end delivery, quality, timeliness, and commercial success.
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks, insights, forecasts, optimization models, and AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, solution demonstrations, thought leadership, new offerings, cross-selling, and practice growth.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Transaction Advisory, or related fields.
• Experience leading client-facing analytics and data-driven transformation engagements, including large analytics and AI engagements.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in a global delivery environment, including cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, client relationship, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and commercial skills.
• Strong experience supporting corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory, due diligence, value creation, or performance improvement engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial analytics, transaction-related business intelligence, BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, data engineering, large-scale data processing, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, predictive modeling, forecasting, optimization, statistical analysis, Azure AI, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience with Quality of Earnings analysis, working capital analysis and optimization, business performance management, value creation analytics, commercial due diligence, transaction analytics, scenario modeling, financial forecasting, and buy-side or sell-side diligence engagements.
• Experience with industry-specific KPI frameworks across Financial Services, Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, or Industrials.
