Associate, Cyber Risk (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support cyber risk assessments, investigations, incident response, forensics, breach notification, and identity theft remediation.
• Apply technical knowledge to enterprise environments and client-facing cyber risk challenges.
• Work across areas including first-line support, cyber SOC analysis, security platform administration, technical account management, service operations, and cyber project management.
• Communicate with customers and team members while listening carefully and understanding requirements.
• Manage time effectively and adhere to service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows OS and an understanding of Linux.
• Awareness of the listed cyber and service-operation roles, with knowledge of at least one: first-line support, cyber SOC analysis, SIEM or EDR administration, technical account management, service operations, or cyber project management.
• Proven technical know-how and the ability to apply knowledge in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to articulate information verbally and in writing, listen and understand, and relate education to live application.
• Commitment to professional development, fast learning, excellent attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Nice to have

• ITIL service desk experience.
• Cyber security certification or a security background.
• Solid networking knowledge applied to troubleshooting.
• Understanding of data protection laws and policies.
• Excellent communication, interpretation, numerical, and analytical skills.
