SOC Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, Kyiv; occasional off-hours shifts are required as part of a 24/7 follow-the-sun team.

What you will do

• Manage the full incident lifecycle from detection through resolution.
• Build and maintain SOAR playbooks to reduce manual work and improve detection.
• Proactively hunt for threats across networks and endpoints using a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Partner with Incident Response and Engineering to strengthen the security posture.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, such as SOC, incident response, or a similar security role.
• Hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR, and SOAR tools.
• Strong investigative skills and a deep understanding of core cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience securing complex hybrid-cloud environments using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to cover occasional off-hours shifts as part of a 24/7 follow-the-sun team.

Nice to have

• Relevant security certifications such as GIAC, HTB CDSA, or THM SAL.
