What you will do

  • Work efficiently within a team to meet players' needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Natural problem-solver with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work across three shifts for 24/7 support.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to absorb information quickly.
  • Able to explain concepts clearly to users and teammates.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
