Location: Montgomery, Linden, or Selma, Alabama, USA; the role also requires being within a reasonable commuting distance of West Chester, Ohio, and is onsite.

Salary: $41,310–$54,570 annual base salary in Alabama.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunications infrastructure and field operations equipment.
• Follow established technical procedures and safety requirements to deliver quality work.
• Document field activities through labeling, reports, and maintenance records.
• Use logical problem-solving techniques to diagnose technical issues.
• Complete onboarding, job shadowing, systems training, and ongoing development programs.
• Manage assigned work independently after training while collaborating with team members and providing professional customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of West Chester, Ohio.
• Strong learning agility, coachability, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently after completing training.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety requirements and established procedures.
