Mgr Network Operations - Satellite Teleport

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global office in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. No relocation is available for this role.

Base salary: $103,711–$138,281 for Georgia and other listed states; other location-based ranges are $108,896–$145,195 and $114,082–$152,109.

What you will do

• Manage operations of the Vyvx teleport and headend facilities and lead six teleport personnel.
• Oversee satellite system design, implementation, integration, RF power systems, uplink/downlink standards, and remote operational management.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate with Vyvx Video Services and satellite vendor technical operations centers.
• Oversee service provisioning, activation, maintenance, repair, facility equipment operations, and service-level delivery.
• Manage facility systems including power, HVAC, generators, UPS, fire suppression, and security systems.
• Analyze service and equipment problems, publish root-cause reports, manage safety and security compliance, and oversee OPEX, CAPEX, metrics, training, and preventative maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leadership skills, integrity, motivation, excellent people skills, attention to detail, consistency, and a structured, operations-driven approach.
• 8+ years of experience with telecom services, satellite teleport management, and telecom licensing requirements.
• Knowledge of Earth station antenna, facility design, and subsystem engineering.
