Agency Management Specialist / Sr. Agency Management Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Remote in the central or southern area of Georgia, United States; approximately 40–50% automobile travel within the territory is required.

Salary: USD 92,000–137,000 per year.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison and relationship manager between the company, agents, regional underwriting, claims, loss control, and corporate departments.
• Develop agency capabilities for account pre-qualification, in-house rating with CLAS, small-business processing through One & Done and/or the Service Center, and profitable new business growth.
• Make consistent underwriting decisions, follow company pricing philosophies, and promote ease of doing business.
• Monitor agency growth, profitability, share of wallet, compliance, and use of company initiatives, procedures, products, and systems including CLAS, PLUS, and e-Select.
• Perform inspections, recommend risk improvements or deficiency corrections, document files, and follow up with agents.
• Audit One & Done books of business, provide quality-assurance feedback, share industry developments, and coordinate regularly with regional representatives.

Requirements

• Results-oriented with a proven record of establishing, prioritizing, and achieving business goals.
• Superior communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, able to work independently from a remote location, and focused on achieving results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal business software, with the ability to maximize technology for productivity.
• Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing and ability to drive an automobile.
• College degree preferred with 5+ years of underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting experience.

Nice to have

• 3 years of agency management and rating experience.
• 2 years of claims, loss control, or inspection experience.
