GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote USA / Poland

OTE salary range: $140,000–$200,000 per year. Compensation for candidates hired in Canada is provided in Canadian dollars and may differ due to currency conversion.

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize automated outbound sequences using agentic workflows to personalize outreach at scale.
• Generate pipeline through end-to-end agentic GTM motions covering prospecting logic, enrichment, sequencing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain a shared context system that powers agents used by Marketing, BDRs, and AEs.
• Deploy automations for auto-research, meeting preparation, call briefings, and follow-up workflows that improve BDR and AE effectiveness.
• Instrument sequence performance, including open rates, reply rates, meeting-set rates, and sourced pipeline, and turn results into an experimentation roadmap.
• Collaborate with BDR leadership and Marketing while evaluating and maintaining the technology stack for agentic GTM at scale.

Requirements

• Demonstrated projects using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, Clay, or similar martech tools to build genuinely agentic solutions rather than templates or simple automations.
• Domain experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, with hands-on experience building automated workflows.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to instrument experiments, interpret results, and iterate quickly.
• Excellent written communication for authoring the templates, prompts, and frameworks used by agents to represent the company.
• A demonstrated example of something interesting built through vibe coding.

Nice to have

• Strong working knowledge of B2B outbound sales motions, including sequencing, prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, and pipeline measurement.
• Ability to write and debug Python, JavaScript, or similar code to connect APIs, manipulate data, and build custom automations.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
• Familiarity with enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Clearbit; intent data platforms such as UserGems, Bombora, and 6sense; or multi-step AI agent workflows.
