Senior Domain Architect (Data Management)

Location: USA - Remote; 15% travel for internal meetings; reliable internet access is required when working remotely.

Salary: $129,000–$210,000 per year in the US; discretionary annual bonus, restricted stock units, 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits.

What you will do

• Advise customers and partners on business needs, data requirements, hirify.global solutions, and desired outcomes throughout onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
• Bridge Sales, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Consulting, Customer Success, and Partner Experience teams to support implementation engagements and customer outcomes.
• Analyze requirements and recommend scalable use of the hirify.global Data Management Suite, including data integration workflows, queries, reporting solutions, and configurations.
• Define project tasks, contribute to project plans, monitor progress, and review customer and partner environments.
• Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions, mentor stakeholders, document solutions and best practices, and enable customer self-sufficiency.
• Gather feedback, communicate product insights, support product adoption, and demonstrate value to customers and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• 6+ years of related career experience in customer-facing roles, preferably Technical Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or Consulting.
• Experience designing or advising on agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop controls, ideally in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
• Experience with Python for scripting and automation; APIs including REST and SOAP, JSON/XML formats, and hands-on API execution through scripting.
• Experience integrating or managing SaaS applications and enterprise systems, particularly in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk & Compliance, or Sustainability.
• Experience with complex regulated data structures, data engineering, data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL query development, and translating regulatory requirements into scalable software-driven workflows.
• Experience integrating with or managing ERP, EPM, and enterprise data and analytics platforms, including Oracle, Workday, SAP, Sage, Planful, Anaplan, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data architectures, including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse; experience with Informatica, SSIS, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
• Strong problem-solving, technical diagnostic, communication, executive presentation, stakeholder influence, cross-functional alignment, prioritization, and customer-success skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting AI agents to enterprise tools and data.
