Manager, AI Transformation – Advisory (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid role.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Redesign hirify.global workflows and identify opportunities to embed generative AI, automation, analytics, and standardized data practices.
• Translate workflow pain points into AI-enabled concepts, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, mock-ups, pilots, and workflow automations.
• Collaborate with practitioners, practice leaders, data and engineering teams, internal technology teams, and vendors to refine and transition solutions.
• Analyze workflows, quantify time savings, error reduction, quality improvements, and other measurable business impacts.
• Define target-state workflows, transformation plans, milestones, standard operating procedures, and implementation activities.
• Support training, documentation, playbooks, FAQs, feedback loops, adoption tracking, and performance refinement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, analytics, product/operations, or a related transformation role.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven process improvement initiatives.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience creating clear, executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
• Practical understanding of AI technologies and business applications, including generative AI, NLP, document automation, and workflow tools.
• Experience building prototypes or mock solutions with modern AI tools, APIs, or workflow automation platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements and pain points into logical workflows, solution designs, and configuration requirements.

Nice to have

• Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related technical or quantitative field.
• Experience in a consulting firm, internal transformation team, or high-growth technology environment.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and APIs, workflow orchestration or automation platforms, and basic scripting or no-/low-code development.
