Senior Engineer, AI-Orchestrated Full Stack Development (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Translate product requirements into technical designs and implement complete workstreams across frontend and backend components.
• Integrate AI services and model APIs while ensuring secure and compliant data handling.
• Use AI coding assistants and coordinate multiple agents for code scaffolding, refactoring, documentation, and parallel development.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs and generate automated test coverage.
• Create and iterate on UI/UX prototypes using AI-assisted design tools; support performance testing and debugging with AI diagnostics.
• Work with advisory professionals to identify workflow bottlenecks and build fast, usable solutions for daily practitioner workflows.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of full-stack development experience, including experience shipping production-ready applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and frontend frameworks.
• Active use of advanced coding assistants and agentic development tools.
• Experience using AI for testing, debugging, or code generation.
• Understanding of prompt engineering for development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs into applications.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving build environments.
