Bain & Company’s Coro organization develops and operates proprietary digital solutions for Bain’s consultants and clients, including Artemis, an AI-driven marketing and commercial investment allocation platform.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain Artemis features across Python/FastAPI backend APIs and React/TypeScript frontend components.
• Build marketing analytics interfaces, including channel allocation dashboards, scenario comparison views, model configuration workflows, and client-ready output views.
• Write SQL queries and data-access logic for Artemis data models, following established schema and migration patterns.
• Write and maintain backend and frontend tests, support deployments, and troubleshoot system defects and production issues.
• Participate in feedback sessions, technical discovery, proof-of-concept work, and innovation initiatives involving data, AI, and agentic technologies.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications, including experience delivering in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development and React with TypeScript in a production or near-production context.
• Foundational knowledge of async frameworks such as FastAPI, state management, data fetching, and TypeScript type safety.
• Familiarity with CSS, component libraries, design systems, relational databases, SQL queries, schemas, and query debugging.
• Experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution, feature estimation, and advising on feature trade-offs.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented skills, with willingness to learn in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building web interfaces for data-heavy or analytics applications used by business users for commercial decisions.
• Exposure to data visualization libraries and to marketing, media, or commercial data, including academic or side projects.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
