Project Design Manager (Revit)

Salary: $68,000.00–$80,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead design for global Tier 2 and 3 workplace locations under CW Workplace Guidelines and Design Standards.
• Document existing conditions, evaluate space needs, and develop safe, functional, and code-compliant test-fit concepts.
• Develop schematic, design development, and construction drawings and specifications for non-structural and non-seismic interior projects and building permits.
• Coordinate interior design scope with architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants.
• Support material, finish, furniture, furnishings, equipment, casework, signage, lighting, acoustics, and wayfinding decisions.
• Manage design standards, budgets, vendor relationships, project close-out, as-built documentation, and space data system updates while coaching local operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA-accredited institution in architecture, interior design, corporate real estate, facilities, project management, construction management, or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree in another major plus interior design certification, degree, or diploma.
• Three to five years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design.
• Experience managing projects with varied scope and complexity, contributing to budgets, managing vendor relationships, and supporting procurement processes.
• Revit experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, build strong internal and external relationships, take ownership of requests, and handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
