What you will do

• Provide technical design expertise and define technical requirements supporting business requirements.
• Lead technical direction, coordinate proposals, and present solutions to leads and the client.
• Design and configure enhancements for existing COTS applications, including system settings, fields, and screens.
• Develop SQL scripts and support ad hoc reporting using COTS product functions and Adobe RoboHelp.
• Create and maintain requirements, specifications, configuration, and modification documentation.
• Define test plans and acceptance criteria, participate in product testing, review designs and code, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience providing technical guidance to application and test teams.
• Experience analyzing, determining, documenting, and assessing the impact of technical requirements and change requests.
• Experience with software configuration and modifications for existing COTS applications.
• Ability to develop SQL scripts and support reporting requests.
• Ability to define technical programming standards, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting overall software and hardware technical architecture and maintaining related documentation.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment, complete assigned tasks, estimate work, manage schedules, and resolve issues promptly.
• Ability to identify and track issues, risks, and action items and provide accurate status updates.
