Oracle ERP Technical Developer (AI)

Base salary: $93,800–$172,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Configure and support Oracle BI Cloud Connector extracts from Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and downstream processes loading data into warehouses and BI semantic models.
• Extract, ingest, transform, and integrate data from Oracle, external, and non-Oracle systems using Boomi, Jitterbit, OIC or equivalent middleware, REST APIs, SOAP services, database connections, FTP/SFTP, and file-based interfaces.
• Design dimensional data models, star schemas, fact and dimension tables, calculated measures, KPIs, enterprise reporting datasets, data marts, and semantic models.
• Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, self-service analytics, and scheduled reporting solutions using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support BI Publisher reports and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service.
• Gather business and technical requirements, produce technical design documents, apply Generative AI and LLMs to analytics and reporting, and follow security, privacy, change-management, and production-support standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development, business intelligence development, or enterprise reporting.
• Strong experience developing BI Publisher reports, including data models, SQL queries, templates, report bursting, and scheduled delivery.
• Hands-on experience developing integrations with Boomi, Jitterbit, OIC, or another middleware tool, including Oracle Fusion ERP integrations with external systems through REST APIs, SOAP web services, Oracle adapters, FTP/SFTP, and file-based interfaces.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service, Oracle APEX, Oracle Process Automation, or Oracle SaaS extension technologies.
• Experience designing or supporting ETL/ELT pipelines combining Oracle Fusion BICC extracts with third-party or internal system data.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling, star schemas, fact and dimension tables, semantic models, data marts, and data warehouse concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or an equivalent dashboard and analytics tool, including data models, KPI definitions, calculated measures, visualizations, dashboard filters, drill-through reporting, and scheduled refreshes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion financial ERP modules; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills; and experience with AI-based automation or agentic AI in a finance or ERP setting.

Nice to have

• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Python experience.
