Software Developer (SAP HCM)

Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States; onsite at 991 US Highway 22 West, Suite 200. Travel is not required.

Salary: $193,461 per year plus benefits.

What you will do

• Implement, support, and upgrade SAP HCM/HR applications.
• Integrate Workday with SAP R/3 using PECI and PICOF files.
• Design solution architecture, product solutions, and structural data flows based on client requirements.
• Configure SAP R/3 systems to transform PECI data, create foundation objects, and automate PECI file processing.
• Advise clients on system readiness and assist with downloading integration certificates.
• Define integration scenarios, prepare test case checklists, conduct PECI file testing, and stabilize interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of employment experience as an SAP HCM Developer.
• Experience with SAP GUI R/3 versions EHP5, EHP6, and EHP7.
• Experience with SAP HCM/HR, Workday integration, PECI files, and PICOF files.
