Sr. Software Developer

Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 98,080–147,120 per year; actual salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, geographical location, internal equity, and market conditions.

What you will do

• Own and deliver projects aligned with the team’s quarterly cadence and client success goals.
• Decompose client problems into designs involving multiple interacting software components.
• Identify issues with technical approaches and collaborate with the manager to correct them.
• Determine appropriate technical solutions using input from stakeholders while maintaining client trust.
• Serve as a technical lead, apply domain expertise, and influence team development practices.
• Support the development of less experienced team members.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of previous professional experience.
• Experience with Visual Studio, HTML, TypeScript, Angular, ASP.NET, C++, C#, SQL, and GitLab for CI/CD.
• Ability to design solutions composed of multiple interacting software components.
• Ability to make timely technical decisions, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively.

• Experience leveraging AI for day-to-day development work.
