Lead Product Manager (Bilingual/Fax/Telco)

Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 118,000–168,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the next generation of the Digital Fax application.
• Lead application releases, product launches, roadmap development, pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and market tracking.
• Gather client and market insights, identify product gaps, and define requirements based on vendor technologies and buying trends.
• Build product vision buy-in and develop commercialization features and packaging with product management, UX, and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Services, Operations, Development, and Partners to incorporate feedback into the roadmap and drive client success.
• Translate roadmap strategy into agile development artifacts and present products to clients, field teams, and industry analysts; occasional travel is required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including full product development life cycle ownership and multiple product launches.
• Experience collaborating with a large client base across enterprise, SMB, partner, and SaaS environments.
• Experience with AI products and a deep understanding of AI concepts.
• Understanding of agile product management and development practices, with the ability to define and deliver innovative products.
• Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present to large audiences, demonstrate product capabilities, and prepare compelling presentation materials.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create business plans and persuasively communicate strategic goals and viewpoints verbally and visually.
• Comfort working in a changing, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare and/or financial markets.
• MBA, MEng, or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
