Sr. Analyst - Long Range Capacity Planning

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site and off-site work at assigned hirify.global sites in Phoenix, Arizona; Folsom, California; Albuquerque, New Mexico; or Hillsboro, Oregon. This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Annual salary: $97,210–$163,990 USD.

What you will do

• Generate five-year P&L financials and NPV valuations for front-end process nodes.
• Identify opportunities and required business changes to improve P&L and cash flow performance.
• Develop what-if scenarios to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
• Track financial metrics, identify trends, and analyze variances to find improvement opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc long-range planning requests and workstreams, including presentations to Finance leaders and general managers.
• Partner with Foundry Strategic Planning and cross-group Finance teams on initiatives that improve financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial modeling for decision-making.
• Experience with financial systems such as Power BI, Power Query, SAP, and related tools.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and data manipulation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging executive management and driving initiatives across a broad stakeholder group.
• Strategic thinking focused on long-term goals and high-impact work.
• Project management skills, including prioritization under tight timelines and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to partner effectively across Finance and Operations teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with long-term forecasting, capacity planning, or wafer cost.
• Prior Foundry manufacturing experience.
• Prior semiconductor or technology company experience.
