Sr. Analyst - Long Range Capacity Planning (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role based at an hirify.global site in Phoenix, Arizona, with additional locations in Folsom, California; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Hillsboro, Oregon

Annual salary: $97,210–$163,990 USD

What you will do

• Generate five-year P&L forecasts and NPV valuations for front-end process nodes.
• Identify opportunities and business changes to improve P&L and cash-flow performance.
• Develop what-if scenarios to assess the financial impact of strategic decisions.
• Monitor financial metrics, analyze trends and variances, and identify improvement areas.
• Support ad-hoc long-range planning requests and workstreams, including presentations to Finance leaders and general managers.
• Partner with Foundry Strategic Planning and cross-group Finance teams on profitability initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s/MBA with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial modeling for decision-making, financial analysis, and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SAP, and related financial systems.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, prioritization, project management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to partner effectively across Finance, Operations, and other stakeholder groups.
