What you will do

• Participate in interactive workshops, networking sessions, and team-building activities.
• Explore careers and client service practices across audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management.
• Engage with professionals across service lines and career levels.
• Develop leadership skills and expand your professional network.
• Become eligible for consideration for interviews for future internship programs; interviews are not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in accounting or a business-related field.
• Currently in the first or second year at a four-year institution; sophomore standing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and involvement in campus or community organizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Academic success; a minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. An exception applies to qualified candidates who are bilingual in Japanese and English or Chinese and English.
• A resume must be submitted through the applicant tracking system.
