Global Recruitment Intern

Location: Japan, Tokyo, Business Tower. Onsite.

What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand requirements and qualifications for open positions.
• Conduct market research on candidate sources, engagement methods, and market or industry trends.
• Build and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines for evergreen positions across platforms and groups.
• Reach out to potential candidates through email, social media, and phone calls, and inform them about job opportunities.
• Generate referrals from candidates and employees.
• Report and analyze sourcing projects, including conversion rates and opportunities to improve the sourcing process.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as 80% of communications with global and headquarters teams are conducted in both languages.
• Strong analytical skills, including gathering and analyzing information and identifying problems from the available information.
• Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Prior recruitment or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches.
• Japanese proficiency.
