Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager - Data (AI)

What you will do

• Lead company-wide programs shaping hirify.global’s use of data, machine learning, and AI.
• Drive the development and adoption of advanced data processing systems with engineers, product managers, scientists, and AI agents.
• Help determine which data tools and capabilities to build, buy, and scale.
• Strengthen data governance and improve the efficiency and value of data investments.
• Coordinate interdependent priorities, align stakeholders, and drive measurable technical outcomes.
• Enable employees to build better products for millions of merchants through improved data capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• A proven track record of managing large, complex technical programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-organizational initiatives with a founder’s mindset.
• Commitment to understanding technical architecture and solution feasibility to drive software development deliverables.
• Experience driving complex negotiations with diverse stakeholders and managing interdependent priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing clear program visibility to audiences at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, gain buy-in, unite teams, and drive progress.
• Self-driven and proactive approach to navigating ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise with effective program management tools and cadences, plus the ability to shape strategy, define success metrics, and build alignment with leadership.
• Familiarity with AI tools and IDEs such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
