Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales leadership on complex enterprise deals, address technical and AI security objections, and connect the agentic AI platform to customer business outcomes.
• Build tailored demos, run technical workshops, lead discovery, map enterprise systems to relevant use cases, and define proof-of-concept scope and success criteria.
• Connect the platform to customer systems, lead security and AI governance reviews, troubleshoot live deployments, and deliver 30-to-90-day proof-of-value sprints.
• Design custom workflows, artifacts, playbooks, and reusable templates; roll out the platform, train users, create enablement materials, and coach customer champions.
• Own post-sale relationships, conduct value reviews, support renewals and expansion, and collaborate with implementation partners and system integrators on scalable delivery.
• Capture customer feedback and usage data, turn findings into prioritized product requests, and work with Product and Engineering to shape and test new capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or business-aligned Forward Deployed Engineer/Specialist role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and data, with the ability to earn credibility with architects and engineers and understand how customer businesses operate on their systems.
• Proven ability to navigate complex corporate structures, communicate confidently with CXOs, manage intense timelines, and translate complex technology into clear commercial value.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building with or deploying LLMs and agentic AI systems.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and experience building AI-powered workflows.
• Proficiency with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or Oracle Fusion.
