Salary: $89,360–$134,040 annually; geographic-specific ranges include $98,320–$147,480 and $102,800–$154,200 USD annually.

What you will do

• Consult with Regional VPs, Regional Directors, internal management, Chief Financial Officers, Managing Office Partners, and other field business partners on office financial health and resolution options.
• Review financial statements and analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, debt structure, leverage, and financial trends.
• Prepare financial scenarios using financial modeling tools, including FMM, Planning Tool, ROI, and break-even analyses, to guide investment decisions.
• Develop short- and long-term financial plans, annual budgets, projections, 3–5 year rolling plans, and budget-to-actual reviews.
• Create tools and analyses for district start-ups, front-line leadership appointments, net income projections, retirement, cash flow, and investment ROI.
• Coach and train field business partners, contribute to cross-departmental initiatives, and collaborate with Field Accounting and home office colleagues on consulting processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• At least 5 years of related business experience working with financial statements, financial analysis and modeling, and spreadsheet tools.
• Broad knowledge of company products, the distribution system, field compensation, and sales reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business problems and make decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and diverse assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport and acceptance across the Home Office and Field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical or financial information to varied audiences.
• Experience with hirify.global’s Field Management, commission system, contract structure, and financial programs is highly desired.
• Skills required include analytical thinking, consulting, financial acumen, financial management, and interpersonal savvy.
