Assistant Manager, Photo & Video Producer

Location: USA, NY, Port Washington, HQ; onsite, full-time

Compensation: 22.75–44.50 USD hourly

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end photo and video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, crew management, and on-set execution.
• Manage production budgets and vendor payments, including rate negotiation, invoice processing, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align shoot objectives with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Oversee asset delivery and post-production to ensure files meet brand standards, timelines, and usage requirements.
• Track model usage records, approved media, usage terms, licensing periods, and expiration dates; coordinate renewals or asset removal when needed.
• Support production asset management for equipment, props, wardrobe, and related materials.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field.
• Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising, Art, or Film.
• Experience with collaboration, planning, preproduction, set production, post-production, photography, and videography.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and strategic objectives.
• English language proficiency.
