Network Support Engineer (Low-Latency Networking)

What you will do

• Provide client solutions based on global standards and hardware blueprints.
• Create design documentation covering operational processes and procedures.
• Provide third-level incident and vulnerability management support, including post-incident and problem management reporting.
• Perform complex, client-based system installations and coordinate with Regional Operations to ensure resiliency and growth.
• Manage low-latency Cisco and Arista routing and switching, Juniper and Palo Alto firewalls, and F5 GTM/LTM.
• Build and support ULL environments, market exchanges, collocation venues, multicast networks, market data distribution networks, and recovery methods.

Requirements

• Significant experience supporting low-latency networking, specifically Cisco and Arista routing and switching, Juniper and Palo Alto firewalls, and F5 GTM/LTM.
• Experience building and supporting ULL environments, including practical experience managing market exchanges and collocation venues.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, tunnelling, switching, device management, multicast networks, market data distribution networks, and recovery methods.
