What you will do

• Assist with planning, designing, and implementing enterprise network, WAN connectivity, and security solutions for clients.
• Configure Cisco routing and switching equipment and provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure and security systems.
• Work with senior engineers and consultants to deliver project-based solutions through a structured mentorship program.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams covering networks, configurations, and security protocols.
• Participate in hands-on engineering projects and stay current with networking technologies, best practices, and security trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• CCNA certification.
• Some hands-on configuration experience with Cisco routing and switching.
• Understanding of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ability to create and maintain clear network diagrams and technical documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and help resolve common network issues.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills for working with team members and clients.
• Desire to learn new technologies, acquire certifications, and grow into an Implementation Engineer role.
