Source to Procure Manager (Digital Procurement)

What you will do

• Own and continuously refresh the Source to Pay digital roadmap covering e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, intake and demand management, and e-procurement.
• Lead implementation, integration, release management, operational health, support, sustainment, and continuous improvement of Source to Procure platforms.
• Establish governance for procurement capabilities, policies, workflows, controls, decision rights, data standards, and process ownership.
• Drive role-based communication, training, change management, adoption, performance measurement, and value realization.
• Optimize intake, demand routing, preferred suppliers, contracts, catalogs, and buying channels while improving compliance and user experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports while partnering with Procurement, Finance, IT, Data, Legal, the business, and the Invoice to Pay Leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Source to Pay, digital procurement, procurement operations, technology-enabled transformation, or related functions, including meaningful leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Source to Pay processes, including strategic sourcing, e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, and e-procurement.
• Experience owning digital products or capabilities from roadmap and business case through implementation, release, training, adoption, support, sustainment, and continuous improvement.
• Strong governance experience covering global policy management, process ownership, decision rights, controls, data standards, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong change management, communication, facilitation, and training capabilities across global and cross-functional audiences.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and translate between business, procurement, data, and technology teams.
• Experience with leading procurement suites, analytics platforms, workflow tools, automation, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Outcome-focused, data-driven leadership; operational discipline; clear communication; adaptability; curiosity; and a continuous-improvement mindset.
