Sourcing Manager

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with business stakeholders and Category Managers.
• Lead end-to-end RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and competitive bidding processes across assigned categories.
• Research markets, assess suppliers, analyze bids, and present sourcing recommendations.
• Build supplier relationships and drive performance, innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution, renewals, amendments, and closeout.
• Analyze spend and market trends, mentor procurement team members, maintain sourcing records in Coupa and other eSourcing platforms, and support procurement process excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related discipline within a multinational or global organization.
• Demonstrated success leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting spend data, market intelligence, and supplier performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience using procurement technologies and eSourcing platforms, preferably Coupa.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
