Digital Product Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: CT-Windsor, One Orange Way, United States; other listed locations include New York and Massachusetts.

Annual base salary: $158,430–$198,040 USD.

What you will do

• Define the channel-level product vision and 18–24 month roadmap.
• Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning, and align it with executive leadership.
• Set standards for product specifications and delivery practices, with accountability for business outcomes.
• Partner with engineering leadership on build-versus-buy decisions, AI system design implications, and architecture trade-offs.
• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Digital Product and contribute to business cases, investment decisions, and roadmap prioritization.
• Mentor and develop product delivery talent and define career progression and capability expectations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product or technical product experience.
• Proven leadership at a product area or channel level.
• Deep expertise in retirement and wealth management.
• Extensive experience defining AI product strategy.
• Strong technical credibility with engineering leadership.
• Experience influencing VP-level strategy as an individual contributor.
