Commercial Assistant - Retail Flagships

What you will do

• Support the Commercial Strategy team in developing, implementing, and analysing commercial trends across product, place, price, and promotion for the UK market.
• Monitor retail customers and brand performance, providing presentations, insights, and tracking for competitor and market understanding.
• Identify commercial opportunities and analyse data on the market and retailer landscape.
• Track retailer pricing and promotional activity and use Nielsen/Circana Database insights to assess trends affecting retail sales performance.
• Analyse competitor giftset programmes and provide recommendations for the following year’s strategy.
• Analyse shopper behaviour across channels, with a focus on e-commerce and digital.

Requirements

• Passion for the beauty industry and close attention to current trends.
• Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines and as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
