Business Systems Architect (NetSuite)

Location: Remote in the United States or from Figma hubs in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY; in-person onboarding is required if hired.

Annual base salary: $140,000–$269,000 USD.

What you will do

• Design financial systems architecture and conduct ongoing design reviews for Order-to-Cash processes.
• Identify configuration, integration, and process improvement opportunities across Order-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition.
• Align cross-functional teams on ERP technical requirements and goals.
• Design and implement software solutions that increase automation, reduce risk, and improve scalability.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in recruiting, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Support, troubleshoot, train users, and provide subject matter expertise for NetSuite ERP and ancillary financial systems including Zip, Expensify, Tesorio, Numeric, and Bank of America CashPro.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with accounting teams in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong NetSuite administration experience, including direct experience leading a major system implementation or rollout.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Experience supporting ancillary accounting systems such as TripActions, Zip, or Coupa.
• Ability to work across Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Technical Systems Analyst responsibilities.
• Passion for helping teams scale and grow through technology.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in systems implementation or integrations.
• Experience supporting Stripe, Avalara, or Tesorio.
