M&A Internship (Investment Banking)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; onsite internship from 1 May 2027 to 31 August 2027.

hirify.global is an investment banking advisory firm providing mergers and acquisitions, private funds and capital markets advisory, valuations, and fairness opinions to private equity firms, portfolio companies, and public and privately held companies.

What you will do

• Contribute to live pitches and M&A deals as an integral member of the team.
• Conduct market and sector analyses.
• Prepare pitches, information memoranda, and other deal-related documents.
• Build financial models and perform business valuations.
• Conduct buyer analyses and support due diligence.

Requirements

• Be an ambitious third-year bachelor’s or master’s student.
• Have above-average academic results combined with extracurricular activities.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, teamwork, and a clear interest in M&A.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and attention to detail.
• Be proficient in both Dutch and English.
• Attach a transcript of grades to the cover letter or CV for consideration.
