Product Associate Product Development/Management (Lash and Brow)

Location: Port Washington, New York, USA; onsite at headquarters

Salary: $19.25–$36.55 per hour

What you will do

• Support new product development, product line extensions, product updates, portfolio maintenance, and launch-readiness activities.
• Coordinate development timelines, samples, approvals, project documentation, product information, milestones, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Conduct market and competitive research covering consumer trends, products, pricing, packaging, claims, promotions, retailer activity, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, development partners, R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Creative, Sales, Packaging, and Supply Chain.
• Support retailer communication, assortment updates, product-information requests, submissions, line reviews, presentations, and business reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate self-motivation.
• Knowledge of Korean.
