Associate, Product Development

Location: Onsite at the headquarters in Port Washington, New York, USA.

Salary: USD 19.25–36.55 per hour.

What you will do

• Support new product development, product line extensions, product updates, and portfolio maintenance from concept development through launch readiness.
• Coordinate development timelines, samples, approvals, project documentation, product information, milestones, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Conduct market and competitive research covering consumer trends, retailer activity, pricing, packaging, claims, promotions, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, development partners, R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Creative, Sales, Packaging, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain product files, competitive databases, development trackers, meeting records, decisions, and action items.
• Support retailer communication, line reviews, product submissions, presentations, product information requests, assortment updates, and business reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate self-motivation.
• Korean language skills required.
