Vue-first Full-stack (Vue)

Location: Kaiserslautern, Germany or the Netherlands; hybrid work with the option to work up to 50% remotely.

Compensation: €5,800–€6,500 per month, plus holiday bonus, special payments, tax-free benefits, and corporate benefits.

What you will do

• Build and modernise the customer-facing Knowledge Base across the UI and backend.
• Frame and decompose engineering problems, orchestrate agents, and verify agent-generated implementations.
• Write implementation briefs and acceptance criteria, curate context, and use Claude Code, subagents, and MCP tools.
• Design tests, runtime checks, migration validation, observability, rollback plans, and automated evaluations.
• Review agent-generated changes for architectural correctness, security, maintainability, and production readiness.
• Contribute reusable prompts, subagents, evaluation patterns, and coaching to improve engineering capability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Java.
• Current, daily, hands-on production experience with agentic delivery using Claude Code, Cursor, Aider, or an equivalent tool.
• Experience with at least one of TypeScript, Vue, or Azure-hosted systems.
• Strong software-engineering judgement independent of tools, including testing instincts and operational awareness.
• Ability to identify solutions that are plausible but architecturally wrong, unsafe, or unnecessarily complex.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and legacy codebases, with strong written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience modernising or decomposing a heritage platform in production.
• Experience building and sharing reusable prompts, subagents, evaluations, or CLAUDE.md conventions.
• Hands-on experience with MCP tool integrations or agent workflows beyond a single editor session.
• Depth across multiple technology stacks rather than only one.
