Supply Chain and Refurbishment Operations Lead

Location: Hybrid in Toronto or Waterloo, with remote work available

Base salary: CAD 90,000–140,000 per year, with potential equity.

hirify.global is a senior care technology company developing camera-free sensors that detect falls and track sleep, health, and wellness, shipping hardware to 24 countries.

What you will do

• Build and run the end-to-end supply chain across factories in five countries, a Canadian warehouse, and a new US 3PL.
• Own forecasts, purchase orders, lead times, safety stock, shortage rules, and replenishment across inventory nodes.
• Build a refurbishment programme covering sensor intake, testing, repair, regrading, and redeployment.
• Design reverse logistics for returns from families and care partners.
• Create SOPs, dashboards, and scorecards for the operating system.
• Manage delivery economics for individual family shipments and large partner orders.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of supply decisions from suppliers and purchase orders through customer delivery and returns.
• Experience running or building a hardware refurbishment, repair, or reverse logistics programme, including measurable recovery results.
• Experience building a planning or operating system from the ground up and measuring its impact.
• Experience working across borders with factories and 3PLs.
• Background in hardware, electronics, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Comfort working with a lean team, incomplete data, and limited infrastructure.
