Customer Success - Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)

Location: Toronto or Waterloo, Canada, hybrid; remote work is also available

Salary: CAD 60,000–80,000 base per year

What you will do

• Onboard home care agencies, provide training, and ensure they go live on time with sensors installed in homes.
• Set up accounts, issue invoices, and resolve billing questions before they become problems.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns with Supply Chain.
• Support early adoption through check-ins and timely answers during the first months.
• Share agency feedback with Product, Support, and Sales.
• Document and improve the onboarding process, billing operations, and early customer experience.

• Ownership-oriented approach: able to take responsibility for problems and drive them to resolution.
• Ability to work independently without requiring a large team around you.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and a role where processes must be built and improved.
