Source-to-Pay (S2P) Specialist

Location: Hybrid role requiring regular in-person support at the London office, London, England, United Kingdom; provide support during UK business hours.

Base salary: New hires generally start at £47,500–£63,300 per year; the full range is £47,500–£85,600 per year.

What you will do

• Represent Global S2P Services locally for the UK and Ireland, advise business leaders, and provide independent support during UK business hours.
• Support the full supplier engagement lifecycle, including sourcing, contracts, supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice processing, and payments.
• Resolve purchasing, invoice, payment, supplier, travel and expense, and corporate card issues while coordinating with global S2P and cross-functional teams.
• Support S2P system setup, administration, configuration, testing, deployment, workflows, supplier data, user access, integrations, and enhancements.
• Drive communications, documentation, training, change management, and adoption of global S2P policies, systems, and controls.
• Identify root causes and process gaps, recommend improvements, and help develop scalable ways of working between UK and Ireland teams and US-based Global S2P Services.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of progressive experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or a related function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Experience across multiple S2P lifecycle areas, including sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, purchasing, order management, supplier management, and procure-to-pay operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise procurement and S2P processes, controls, and governance.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects or workstreams without formal reporting authority.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, manage competing priorities, solve evolving problems, and influence stakeholders across organisational levels and functions.
• Experience with ERP and procurement technology platforms; Oracle Fusion Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP system is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex processes into clear guidance for business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across regions and time zones with US-based leadership and teams, and to work from and provide regular in-person support to the London office.
• For roles in the United Kingdom, candidates need the right to work; visa support may be available in some cases.
