Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant Trainee Program (Salesforce/CRM): Learning business analysis and Salesforce consulting through lectures, hands-on assignments, self-study, and a final project with an accent on requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and CRM implementation. Focus on analyzing business needs, designing Salesforce solutions, exploring Flows and automation, and presenting a final project in the São Paulo office.
Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid format with office and remote participation. Attendance at local sessions and the final project demo in the São Paulo office is required.

What you will do
- Attend two lectures per week, totaling 2–3 hours, led by experts.
- Complete mandatory homework requiring 2–4 hours per week and submit it within one week of assignment.
- Study Salesforce and CRM topics independently through the Trailhead platform.
- Complete a final project with two weeks for preparation and two weeks for presentation.
- Attend local sessions and present the final project demo at the São Paulo office.
Requirements
- Degree in business or economics with some technology background, such as IT or CRM-related courses or hands-on experience with digital tools; or a computer science degree with a strong business-oriented mindset.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Ability to commit 4–7 hours per week to lectures and homework, plus additional time for the final project.
- Personal laptop for studying.
Nice to have
- Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German language skills.
- Completed Salesforce or other CRM-related courses.
