Global Senior Category Manager - HR Services

What you will do

• Develop and execute global category, sourcing, and supplier management strategies for HR Services, including Contingent Workforce, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and Global Mobility.
• Expand the global Contingent Workforce program and support total talent management initiatives.
• Lead global strategic sourcing events, supplier selection, supplier development, scorecarding, business reviews, and supplier relationship management.
• Develop negotiation plans, conduct or oversee contract negotiations, and execute complex contracts in accordance with policies and processes.
• Identify cost reductions, value-generating projects, strategic supply agreements, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage budgets, category financial planning, monthly reporting, and analysis of budget prices, actual prices, volumes, and contract coverage while collaborating with procurement leads, stakeholders, and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or another relevant subject.
• At least 5 years of experience in international Strategic Procurement, Sourcing, Indirect Procurement, and/or Value Engineering.
• Strong experience managing stakeholders at all levels of seniority and working across international timelines and communities.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing long-term business strategies based on external market indices, global supply chain insights, and organizational capabilities; recognized expertise in the relevant field.
• Extensive experience with the sourcing lifecycle process and the tools required to complete it.
• Strong strategic, business, entrepreneurial, project management, financial, analytical, communication, negotiation, influencing, multitasking, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information and challenging business situations.
• Ability to simplify complex data into practical solutions, anticipate and deliver change, achieve results in a fast-paced environment, and lead and influence others.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with eProcurement Source-to-Pay tools such as Ariba and Workday.
• Experience with Supplier Performance and Risk Management tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
