Senior Accountant

Location: Remote in Mexico

What you will do

• Manage intercompany invoicing, debt chasing, group financial system entries, employee expense checks, and timely payments.
• Support month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cash-flow monitoring.
• Reconcile local books with the SUN system and check entity-level compliance status.
• Assist with statutory audits, tax control, and other duties required by group policies and legislation.
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and issues requiring Finance management attention.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Operations to streamline processes and deliver accurate financial results across global markets.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role is desired.
• Experience with financial accounting and balance sheets.
• Data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including English.
• Excellent Excel skills.
