Digital Consulting Intern Summer 2027, Montreal (Spring 2028 Graduates)

Location: Montreal, Canada; office-based role with travel to client sites as required by projects

What you will do

• Contribute to client project teams and gain practical experience with consulting engagements.
• Assist with technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support.
• Conduct and participate in stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative information and understand institutional culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, present key takeaways, and communicate project updates.
• Organize project logistics and help propose solutions to complex client challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business- or technology-related field, or equivalent work experience, completed by May or June 2028.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced or highly proficient Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, plus PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools such as Visio and Outlook.
• Bilingual French and English proficiency required.
• Canada work authorization required.
