Mulesoft Integration Developer Senior (Intelligent Document Processing)

Location: Remote (LATAM); preferred availability from 9 AM to 3 PM EST.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and deploy integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Build and deploy Intelligent Document Processing workflows for document classification, extraction, and validation across invoices, contracts, forms, and other structured or unstructured documents.
• Design API-led connectivity architectures using System, Process, and Experience APIs, and integrate MuleSoft with Salesforce, SAP, ERP systems, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize IDP models and extraction rules, and troubleshoot document extraction errors and integration failures.
• Manage the API lifecycle through Anypoint Exchange and API Manager, including design, testing, versioning, deployment, and deprecation.
• Implement error handling, monitoring, security, documentation, code reviews, CI/CD setup, and deployment automation while collaborating with business analysts and architects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Intelligent Document Processing, including document extraction workflows, extraction model training and tuning, and integration of IDP outputs into downstream systems.
• Strong experience with Anypoint Platform, including Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Exchange.
• Deep understanding of API-led connectivity and RAML/OpenAPI design.
• Strong DataWeave 2.0 skills for complex data transformations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Database, HTTP, SFTP, and other connectors, including custom connector development.
• Understanding of synchronous/asynchronous, batch, publish-subscribe, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, JWT, Client ID Enforcement, and mTLS security.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, Git, and CI/CD tools.
