Salary: $78,000–$92,000 annually

What you will do

• Conduct structural analysis and diagnostic evaluations of existing buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports and drawings for technical and client audiences.
• Participate in site inspections, condition assessments, and construction observations.
• Support project planning, scope definition, and technical deliverables.
• Apply best practices in repair, reinforcement, and renovation strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on safe, cost-effective, and innovative building repair, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Familiarity with structural analysis tools including SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, and PCA software.
• Familiarity with BIM software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented approach, curiosity, and ability to apply engineering fundamentals to complex problems.
• Eagerness to grow professionally and develop technical and creative engineering skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
