What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and lead delivery of scalable Salesforce capabilities that support business growth and productivity.
• Lead and empower globally distributed engineering teams, building accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and ownership.
• Influence enterprise technology decisions and architecture with a focus on security, scalability, business alignment, and delivery risk reduction.
• Partner with business, product, and technology leaders to turn priorities into measurable outcomes for clients and colleagues.
• Optimize budgets, resources, vendor performance, and delivery commitments to maximize efficiency and business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments, including Agile delivery experience.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience with a record of building, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce technologies and platforms, balancing technical excellence, scalability, and business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing executive leaders and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead through change, remove obstacles, and create an environment where teams innovate, grow, and consistently deliver results.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial technology or payments industry.
• Salesforce certifications in architecture, development, or platform specializations.
• Success leading large-scale platform transformations involving multiple geographies, vendors, and complex stakeholder groups.
