SAP FICO Consultant (S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Design, configure, implement, optimize, and support SAP FICO modules and integrations with SAP and non-SAP modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finance and Controlling processes.
• Lead solution design and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, business stakeholders, technical teams, ABAP developers, and other SAP functional areas.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and participate in cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide user training, prepare functional specifications and documentation, and troubleshoot production issues through timely resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
• Proven experience integrating FICO with P2P and QTC modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including reporting, planning, and cost controlling.
• Deep SAP S/4HANA knowledge covering the universal journal, ledgers, accounting principles, parallel accounting, currencies, document splitting, validations, substitutions, asset classes, depreciation areas, depreciation methods, and end-to-end asset lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise-scale transformation or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and understanding software development lifecycles.
