Scrum Master (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Yazara Istanbul Office, Istanbul, Türkiye.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale and complex projects from initiation through delivery across multiple business segments and shared services.
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and monitor scope, schedule, quality, cost, budgets, billing, and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, third-party vendors, and senior or executive leadership.
• Lead complex customizations, new application modules, framework enhancements, and solutions for new countries or locations.
• Identify, resolve, negotiate, and escalate project issues, scope changes, risks, and conflicts.
• Prepare project status and budget reports, support forecasting, optimize delivery costs, and mentor less experienced project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent training and/or work experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex projects and applying project management methodologies.
• Broad and deep industry knowledge sufficient to anticipate issues and adapt deliverables as time, resources, and scope change.
• Ability to evaluate complex situations, exercise judgment, select appropriate methods and techniques, and resolve issues creatively.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate, manage conflicts, and coordinate personnel.
• Ability to manage project budgets, estimates, billing, financial responsibilities, and contractual impacts.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in any field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
